FIN 102 - Fundamentals of Financial Management and Investing

This course provides an introduction to financial management and investment decision-making involving stocks, bonds, mutual funds, government securities, options, and real estate. Topics include asset allocation principles, modern portfolio theory, investment tools and strategies, diversification, and tax implications of investments. This course is designed for students interested in pursuing a Finance Certificate of Achievement or entry-level positions in financial planning.
