This course equips students with foundational knowledge and skills for a dynamic management career in travel and tourism. Students will explore travel and tourism operations, budget management, operational safety, information technology governance, employee management, customer service, professional development, industry partnerships, and future trends in the industry. Emphasis is placed on operations management and building strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and industry partners.
