This self-paced laboratory course is designed for students who are at an intermediate level of physical fitness and can apply skills learned in Fitness and Wellness Laboratory I and II (KINA 130 and KINA 230). The course focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance through a variety of activities, including weight training, cardio, and stretching.
