NBAS 032 - Chemistry I

This physical science course introduces students to the fundamental nature of matter and its interactions. Topics include atomic and electronic structure, the nomenclature of compounds, chemical calculations, stoichiometry, bonding and shapes of molecules, and chemical reactions. Relevant laboratory exercises are an essential component of the course.
