NTTR 030 - Tutor Leadership and Mentorship Training

Prerequisite:NTTR 020

This noncredit course prepares students to become effective peer tutors through a combination of professional development, mentorship, and hands-on practice. The course emphasizes ethical and professional conduct, goal-setting, and reflective practice, fostering both personal growth and leadership abilities. Through guided mentorship and collaborative exercises, students will gain the confidence and competence needed to provide meaningful academic support and become leaders within the college community.
