The noncredit Real Estate courses are offered at no tuition cost to students. The curriculum is sponsored by the California State Department of Real Estate and fulfills the education requirements for the California Real Estate Salesperson License and may be applied towards the California Real Estate Broker License requirements. The courses are designed to give students a solid foundation in the theory and practice of real estate, and are taught by working professionals highly experienced in their areas of real estate specialization. Upon successful completion of courses, students receive a certification verifying eligibility to take the California Real Estate Salesperson License Exam.
